1. Prices
All prices are given in Swiss francs and do not include statutory VAT.

The prices can change at any time without giving reasons. Obviously wrong prices are not binding for the seller. 

2. Payment
Payment is made by Twint, invoice, cash on delivery or Post E-Finance direct transfer.

3. Delivery times
Deliveries are made ex warehouse in Zurich with the specified delivery time. This is non-binding and calculated in working days from receipt of payment. 

4. Goods inspection
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Transport damage must be reported to the post office immediately so that claims can be asserted. The date of the postmark is decisive. After this period, no more complaints will be processed.
Returns are always at the expense of the buyer. The goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and safely.

5. Right of withdrawal
Exchange or return of goods delivered in accordance with the contract is possible within 7 days. The product and the packaging must not be damaged. The packaging must not be open. If there is a delay in delivery and lasts longer than 30 days, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract, otherwise the contract will remain in effect. Exceptions apply if an appointment is made.

6. Are excluded from the return
Goods that are made according to customer specifications or that are not suitable for return due to their nature. Damaged goods, incomplete goods, goods with traces of use and goods without packaging or damaged packaging are also excluded. 

7. Retention of Title
(1) In the case of consumers, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.

(2) If the customer is in arrears with any payment obligations, all existing claims are due immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages against us due to delivery delays, wrong deliveries, defective goods and consequential damage from the use of the products are excluded, unless there is grossly negligent or willful action.

10. Place of jurisdiction
In the case of contracts with merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the business relationship, including actions on bills of exchange and checks, is agreed to be the seat of the Cerei manufacture.

11. Payment for damage caused by default

You have to pay all other expenses and expenses incurred by Manufaktur Cerei in connection with the contribution of outstanding amounts, in particular fees for transferring the claim to a collection agency and the collection costs incurred. In the event of default, Manufaktur Cerei is entitled to transfer the claim to third parties for collection. When you hand over the collection process, Manufaktur Cerei will charge you collection expenses in accordance with the table of damage caused by arrears of the Association of Swiss Debt Collection Trustees, which can be viewed at www.inkassoverband.ch.
